Frequently Asked Questions
Does one subscription cover my entire Discord server?
âŧ
Yes! Unlike other services that charge per officer or player, a single Alliance Pro subscription unlocks all features (unlimited satellite radars, automated Peace Shield DM alerts, roster compliance audits) for every member and officer inside your Discord server.
How does the Peace Shield DM expiration warning work?
âŧ
When verified alliance members set their shield status or when the bot discovers their base on the warzone map, the bot calculates their exact shield drop timestamp. If enabled via
/shieldnotify, the bot sends an automated Discord DM directly to the player 60, 30, or 15 minutes before the shield drops so they can log into Last War and re-shield.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription anytime?
âŧ
Absolutely. Server administrators can run
/portal directly in Discord to instantly generate a secure, self-service Paddle Customer Portal session to update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel renewals with one click.
What happens if my server already has Pro and I buy another plan?
âŧ
Our system features Smart Stacking. If your server already has active days remaining, your new purchase automatically adds +30 days (for monthly) or +365 days (for annual) to your existing expiration date without losing a single day.
