1. Description of Service

Last War Companion provides alliance automation tools for Discord, including automated member verification, Peace Shield countdown alerts, alliance roster synchronization, cross-warzone reconnaissance radar, and tactical event planners (Desert Storm / Canyon Storm).

2. Independent Third-Party Disclaimer

Non-Affiliation Notice: Last War Companion is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to First Fun, Century Games, or the official Last War: Survival developers. All in-game character names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective copyright owners.

3. Subscriptions & Paddle Merchant of Record

Our order process and recurring billing are conducted by our online Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited:

Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, tax/VAT calculations, invoice generation, and returns.
Supported Payment Methods: Paddle supports major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and PayPal.
Recurring Billing: Alliance Pro plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
Server-Wide Unlocking: Each Alliance Pro subscription applies to one Discord Server ID. All server members and officers gain access to Pro commands without individual seat charges.

4. Cancellations & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without penalty:

Self-Service Portal: Server administrators can run /portal directly in Discord to receive a private, secure link to manage payment methods or cancel active subscriptions.
Graceful Downgrade: If you cancel, your Pro features remain fully active until the end of your paid billing term. Upon expiry, your server automatically reverts to the Free Community Tier without losing member verification data.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a no-questions-asked 100% refund for any new subscription within 14 days of purchase. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing our Discord Bot and web tools, commanders agree NOT to:

Attempt to overwhelm, spam, or launch denial-of-service attacks against bot slash commands or upstream API endpoints.
Distribute automated scripts or scraping tools designed to harvest private alliance member rosters.
Use the service to transmit malicious software, harassment, or unauthorized hate speech into Discord communities.

6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain 99.9% operational availability. However, service delivery depends upon upstream services including the Discord API, game servers, and network conditions. Last War Companion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
