Welcome to Last War Atlas Companion ("we", "our", or "the Service"). By inviting our Discord Bot to your server, accessing our Web Dashboard, or subscribing to our Pro tiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Last War Atlas Companion provides Discord automation, member role verification, alliance roster management, Desert Storm lineup coordination, and game data indexing tools for alliance communities playing mobile strategy games.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: Last War Atlas Companion is an independent third-party analytics and coordination utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with FirstFun, Last War: Survival, or their respective affiliates. All in-game trademarks, assets, and names belong to their respective owners.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment Processing

Our order process and payment processing are conducted securely by PayPal.

Payment Processing: PayPal (PayPal Inc.) securely processes all subscription and tier payments. PayPal handles secure transaction processing, buyer protection, and payment authorization in compliance with global security standards.
Recurring Subscriptions: Alliance Pro subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days prior notice to existing active subscribers.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Discord Bot and Web Dashboard, you agree NOT to:

Abuse, spam, or intentionally overload the bot's slash commands or backend infrastructure.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack the API servers.
Use the bot to transmit harassment, hate speech, or malware into Discord servers.
Share or redistribute administrative Master Keys or license tokens without authorization.

5. Service Availability & Rate Limits

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability for our Discord Bot and Web Dashboard. However, service availability may be subject to external factors including Discord API outages, upstream game data maintenance, or network issues. We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit abusive automated requests to ensure stability for all alliances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last War Atlas Companion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Web Dashboard or Discord announcements.
