This Privacy Policy explains how Last War Atlas Companion ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with our Discord Bot, Web Dashboard, and services.

We believe in strict data minimization. We only collect the minimal technical identifiers necessary to deliver Discord automation:

• Discord Identifiers: Discord User ID, Discord Username, Server (Guild) ID, and Channel IDs configured for bot announcements.
• In-Game Player Metadata: In-game character names and public player UIDs submitted during voluntary member verification (/verify).
• Public Game Data: Publicly accessible alliance rosters, player power statistics, and public map coordinates indexed via LW Atlas APIs.
• Command Usage Logs: Timestamps, guild names, and command execution metrics stored locally for performance analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Auto-assign Discord roles (Leader R5, Officer R4, Member) upon player verification.
• Generate alliance roster audit reports (/audit) comparing Discord server members with in-game rosters.
• Deliver automated Train Conductor timetable reminders (/train).
• Validate active Pro subscription status for connected Discord servers.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:

• Discord Inc.: To receive slash command interactions and update server member roles.
• PayPal (PayPal Inc.): To manage subscription checkout, recurring billing, and invoicing.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): For secure cloud server hosting.
• Cloudflare: For edge network security and DDoS mitigation.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your stored verification records at any time.

• Self-Service Unlink: Leaving a Discord server or running /setup resets stored alliance configurations.
• Data Deletion Requests: You can request complete erasure of your verified user records by emailing n0nyf0xy@duck.com with your Discord User ID. Requests are fulfilled within 24 hours.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Our Web Dashboard uses browser localStorage solely to save your local UI preferences (such as remembering theme settings or authorized session state). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
