1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period:

• Method 1 (Self-Service): Manage or cancel your recurring payment directly in your PayPal account under Settings ➔ Payments ➔ Automatic Payments.
• Method 2 (Support Assistance): Email us at n0nyf0xy@duck.com with your Discord Guild ID or PayPal Transaction ID, and our team will cancel it for you immediately.

Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain fully active until the end of your prepaid period, after which your Discord server will gracefully return to the Free Tier without losing member verification data.

2. Refund Eligibility & Request Process

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

• Email n0nyf0xy@duck.com with the subject "Refund Request".
• Include your PayPal Transaction ID and your Discord Server ID.
• Our team reviews and issues all approved refunds within 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed securely through PayPal back to your original payment source:

• Credit / Debit Cards: 3 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.
• PayPal Balance / Bank Transfer: Usually instant or within 1 business day.
