We want you and your alliance to love Last War Companion. If Alliance Pro does not meet your team's tactical expectations, contact our desk within 14 days of purchase for a full, unconditional refund.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Commanders maintain full control over their subscriptions. You can cancel at any time with zero cancellation penalties:

Option 1 (Instant Discord Slash)

Run `/portal`

In your Discord server, type /portal. The bot generates an ephemeral, private link to your Paddle Customer Portal where you can cancel in one click.

Option 2 (Receipt Email)

Open the receipt email sent by Paddle upon purchase and click "Manage Subscription" to modify or pause your plan.

Option 3 (Support Assistance)

Email n0nyf0xy@duck.com with your Discord Server ID, and our team will cancel your recurring billing within 12 hours.

What happens after cancellation? Your server's Pro features will remain active until the end of your prepaid period. Afterward, the server peacefully reverts to the Community Free Tier. None of your verified member records, configurations, or audit histories are lost.

2. Requesting a 14-Day Refund

To receive an immediate refund within your first 14 days:

Send an email to n0nyf0xy@duck.com with the subject "Pro Refund Request".
Include your Discord Server ID or your Paddle Order / Transaction ID (found in your Paddle invoice email).
Our team approves and triggers the refund through Paddle within 24 business hours.

3. Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

Refunds are processed securely by Paddle.com back to the original payment source:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex): Typically appears on your bank statement within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
PayPal / Digital Wallets: Usually credited back to your wallet balance within 1 business day.

4. Billing Disputes & Inquiries
